Since 2000, Christ Church Orphanage has cared for over 2,000 abandoned, abused, neglected, and orphaned children from newborn to 20 years old. Our children have come to us from not only the United States, but all over the world.  We do not receive government funding, but are supported 100% by individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations!

Children are the living messages we send to a time we will not see. Every single child is a gift and a miracle from God. Children have neither past nor future, they only enjoy the present just like only few of us do. Children are not things to be molded but are people to be unfolded. Children make your life so important and beautiful. For those of us who know the ache of being orphaned, the world can feel like a vast, empty space. We chase the shadows of vanished parents, searching for a connection that can never truly be replaced. But even in this emptiness, there is a strength, a fierce determination to find love and belonging. We are the ones who get to choose our families, to build our own circles of support and affection. We learn to love twice as much, not just because we understand the depth of loss, but because we know the preciousness of what we have. In the absence of what was, we create a new tapestry of love woven with the threads of chosen family, unwavering friendships, and the quiet courage to find joy even in the face of profound sorrow.
